It has comfortable and easy location willing to give them a positive review because how friendly the staff was until the check out that's when everything changed.

A bit lazy staff!

The food for breakfast was outstanding! We have spent 2 days in suite with a hot-mode AC and very friendly housekeeping, for instance. Location: the hotel was just next door to necessary stores, and Cairo for maximum 2 weeks.

Although everything was perfect, some of the staff were a bit lazy.

During our recent city break, we had the pleasure of staying at a hotel with some really great features. We particularly liked the amazing staff who were always friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. the food was simply delicious and we just loved the variety of dishes we could choose from.

Well, it was a relaxing stay on business trip. Booked a room with breakfast. Good and magnificent location adjacent to the center, a stadium and restaurants were minutes away from the hotel.

Unfortunately Wi-Fi was horrible.

the location it offers is convenient, so close to the restaurant and cairo for maximum 2 weeks for medical purpose.

The whole hotel was fairly clean and the staff was excellent co-operating and exceptionally friendly. The room we were given a free upgrade to was big and included a mini-bar and a kettle. The view of city was panoramic. The location was magnificent as it was minutes away from a stadium and restaurants.

I totally recommend this hotel and will come back. Thanks a lot guys for a really lovely stay on business trip. The venue's staff are helpful and respectful. It has magnificent and ideal setting by necessary stores.

Well-maintained and hospitable hotel located short walk to necessary stores, the Sorriso restaurant, and the center. Fast check-in, neat rooms with very friendly housekeeping and a hot-mode AC, as example. Really helpful staff, reasonably priced location very close to the airport.

The room was spacious and beautifully decorated. The location of the hotel was convenient, and the restaurant staff provided excellent service. The lobby was well decorated and created a pleasant atmosphere.

Although the noise from the highway was noticeable, it is to be expected in Cairo. Special windows could help to alleviate this issue.

The hotel is located close to various attractions. The family room is spacious with two bedrooms. The staff are friendly and helpful. The two girls at the restaurant are polite and helpful. The room amenities are satisfactory.

Convenient location for meetings, close to main attractions. Clean, new property. Good value for money compared to others in the area. Helpfully provided takeaway breakfast and friendly, helpful staff. Would consider staying again for future meetings.

I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and security of Jewel Green Mountain Hotel. The check-in process was quick and efficient, and the staff, particularly Mr. Mahmood and the reception ladies, were kind and helpful. The spacious room provided a comfortable stay, and the location, away from the crowded streets of Cairo, was a plus. I would recommend this hotel for a pleasant and secure stay in Cairo.

While the location of the hotel allowed for a quieter stay, it did mean that there were limited nearby amenities, requiring the use of Uber or taxis frequently. Additionally, the breakfast provided was basic, and I found it necessary to venture out for breakfast after the first day.
